In 2010, I took the leap and launched two ventures simultaneously: SEVEN COLORS LIGHTING CO.,LTD and RUI CAI Lighting Factory.

This dual approach was strategic; it allowed me to control both the manufacturing and the sales process, ensuring that every product met my exacting standards. The initial days were a trial by fire, and building a business from the ground up required a deep well of perseverance.

We started from scratch, building a small, dedicated team and focusing on developing innovative LED products that were both energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing.

I personally spearheaded the market expansion, traveling internationally to meet potential clients, understand their needs, and showcase the quality of our proprietary products. My persistence paid off.

We secured our first international clients, and the positive feedback began to pour in. Word of mouth and a reputation for reliability fueled our growth.

Within a few years, we had successfully broken through from zero to 5 million in annual sales, with our products reaching over 20 countries worldwide. This success was a powerful affirmation of my vision and a testament to the hard work of our small but mighty team.

By 2017, I had gained a comprehensive understanding of the international trade landscape. I recognized that many clients needed more than just a product; they needed a trusted partner to navigate the complexities of the global supply chain. This insight led to the founding of Maxtop Tech Co.,LTD.

Maxtop Tech was built on the principle of providing a one-stop supply chain solution—a seamless and transparent service that would alleviate the logistical burdens for our international clients. My goal was to be the bridge between global demand and high-quality Chinese manufacturing. I leveraged my extensive network of contacts and my deep understanding of various industries to offer a diversified service. We successfully served over 60 global customers, with business expanding far beyond lighting to include apparel, building materials, and smart products. My role was to be the strategic hub, ensuring that every order, whether for customized sportswear or specialized hardware, was handled with the same level of care and precision. This venture underscored the versatility of my experience and my ability to adapt and thrive in multiple sectors.

In this new role, I am entrusted with a significant mission: to build a powerhouse foreign trade team from the ground up.

My focus is not just on sales but on shaping a culture of excellence and empowering our team with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the competitive global market. My ultimate goal is to take high-end Chinese custom lighting and position it as the gold standard on the global stage.

My career began at HUA CAI International Lighting, where as a founding member, I led the team to achieve the company’s first 10-million-yuan sales milestone, establishing its position in the industry.

In 2017, I founded Maxtop Tech Co.,LTD, a trading company providing one-stop supply chain solutions to international clients. I successfully served over 60 global customers, with business spanning multiple sectors including lighting, apparel, and smart products.

In 2025, I joined HINJU Lighting’s International Sales Department as a Co-founder. I am fully responsible for building the foreign trade team, expanding into the project lighting market, and training the team’s operational capabilities. My goal is to bring high-end Chinese custom lighting to the global market.
