1.For lighting finished goods,first, we will take the on-site video of the lighting factories to the clients and the customer can see the lighting factories themselves online and also can communicate with the owner or production director of the lighting factory on the video call.
Second, for the beginning to the end, we will follow up all the production process and take videos or photos of each production stages,from hardwares, glass, lampshade, lampholder, wire, packing, to lable.
Third, When trial assembly stage,we will take a video of the complete assembled well lighting to check if everything is right.If ok, the lighting will be disassembled and packed well and wait for container loading. If not right, we will urge the factories to revise and improve.
Fourth, there is a final quality inspection before container loading. Check if the package is right, if there is a shipping mark, and if the package is tough enough. Also arrange a fixed carton No. for each carton and stick this carton NO. outside the carton.
2. For Lighting accessory or SKD, we also follow the serious strict rules:
First take the photos or videos of the lighting accessories to customers to check if the size, color, finish,sturcture,or others are correct.
Second, how many SKD or lighting accessory there are, we will take video or photos for each item.For example, you place an order of 100 items of lighting accessories, we will provide you 100 quality inspection videos, each item 1 video.
Third, before container loading, we will check if all the lighting accesssories packed well as requirement, if have shipping mark, if the packages are overweight and also take the qc checking videos for you.
